So what is a Sound Healing Journey you may ask??

Given that everything has a vibrational frequency, including ourselves, it makes sense that sound frequencies impact how we feel.
Sound healing is an ancient meditative practice that uses different musical implements to create healing vibrations around the body in a meditative state which help bring the body into a state of vibrational balance and harmony

So, how does it work?

During a sound healing session, also known as a sound bath, you'll typically lie down on the floor or a yoga mat, and simply listen as a practitioner plays a variety of instruments and you "bathe" in the soothing sounds and vibrations.
The sound frequencies slow down brain waves to a deeply restorative state, which activates the body's system of self-healing.

What to expect:

I plan on dropping you into what I like to call a “vortex of vibration” Weaving together Shamanic Drumming, Crystal Bowls, Himalayan Bowls, Gong, Rav Drum and channelled vocals as well as other instruments and sound healing tools.
Sound can help you clear energetic blockages thus help facilitate healing on a physical as well as mental level.
Ashley will guide you on journey within and allowing you to take the time to stop and re-charge.
I invite you to join me at the end of the week to de-stress and setting your-self up for the weekend ahead.

What you need to bring:

Yourself and comfortable clothes and water..
Mats (camping mat or something of similar thickness as you are laying on a wooden floor) , bolsters or something similar if needed, pillow and blanket and anything else you need to feel comfortable on the night.
