What is a Sound Healing?

Everything in the universe carries a vibrational frequency – including us. Sound Healing is an ancient practice that uses sound frequencies to shift energy, calm the mind, and bring the body back into vibrational balance and harmony.

During a session, also known as a sound bath, you’ll lie down comfortably while being immersed in the soothing tones of instruments such as crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, Rav Drum, shamanic drum and rattles, along with channeled vocals and throat singing. These frequencies slow brainwaves into deeply restorative states, activating the body’s innate self-healing system and clearing energetic blockages on both physical and mental levels.

What to expect –

Ash weaves together a rich soundscape of shamanic drumming, crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gong, rav drum, rattles and healing vocals, guiding you on an inner journey of release, restoration, and renewal. This is your time to recharge, reset, and prepare for the days ahead.
