We begin in a ceremonial space with Meditation and Tea to devotional Kirtan music.
Then you can relax back into the cushions and let your body rest, your mind unwind, and your spirit soar during this Deep Dream Sound Healing Immersion — a transcendental 90-minute journey where sacred sound becomes medicine.
Using the primordial power of Gongs, the angelic resonance of sacred chanting, interwoven with the haunting tones of the Mayan Temple Drone Flute and the hypnotic rhythm of the Handpan, you will be gently guided into a deep theta state of relaxation as ancient and mystical instruments weave a sonic landscape that melts away stress and restores your inner harmony.
This is a healing sound cocoon where each vibration nourishes your nervous system, slows your breath, and reconnects you to your intuitive self.

About your host Vanessa Forbes
