We’ll begin with gentle guided meditation, leading you into an immersive sound journey for deep relaxation. You will walk away feeling recharged and renewed, like you've touched the stars.

What is a sound bath? 

Sound baths help us access the theta brainwave state, gently guiding us into non-ordinary states of consciousness. In this liminal space between wakefulness and dreaming, our parasympathetic nervous system takes over, allowing for deep relaxation and rejuvenation.

During our time together, we'll work with sound, mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) techniques, and meditation to invite balance into our nervous system.

How to prepare? 

No prior experience is necessary to participate in a sound bath; just come with an open heart and an open mind.

To enhance your experience, it’s recommended you bring anything that will make you comfortable while lying on the ground. An eye mask, blanket, and pillows are recommended. A journal for documenting any insights or crystals to program with good vibes are also great additions.
