Event description

With over 20 years of musical experience around the world, a degree in Music Performance and a Diploma in Wellness and Relaxation, Chloe has crafted an experience that drops you so deep into relaxation that your body and mind slip into a state of deep calm, emotional presence and inner peace.

Chloe is one of New Zealand's best Sound Journeyers, setting herself apart with a voice that you can feel safe with. She sings in many languages and plays an an array of instruments from around the world that will have you feeling nourished, touched, rejuvenated and lighter.

Pair this experience with Lavender Elixir- a potent plant medicine tincture she makes herself- to aid your mind and body in surrendering to the opportunity to slow down, relax and just BE. It's so important in these busy lives we are living to take time to slow down and re-attune our bodies to a state of calm, present confidence.

Lavender is unique among adaptogenic medicines like Maca and Ashwagandha because it's effects can be felt almost immediately instead of cumulatively over weeks or months. Some if its properties are anxiolytic(stress management), sedative(muscle relaxing), antispasmodic(spasm reducing), pain receiving, reduces hair loss, mood enhancing. This makes it a wonderful ally to have along side Sound Journeys and throughout the day to help you utilise that pause before reacting/responding.

Chloe has created this evening of deeply moving musical vibrations, plant medicine and progressive muscle relaxation- so we can experience deep peace, detach from stress, perfectionism, stimulation and being stuck in fight/flight/freeze mode.

You will be enveloped in the sounds of many of the following: her voice, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, monochord, Handpan, guitar, waterphone, medicine drum, swinging chimes, koshi chimes, First Nations flutes, pūrerehua, conch and other ancient percussive instruments.

Bath in deep peace head to toe and leave with a new baseline for relaxation you'll long to experience over and over.
