You're invited to my place for some sound healing zen over the holidays :)

Take your relaxing to a whole new level as you enjoy soothing sounds from crystal & himalayan bowls, drone harp, gong, chimes, handpan + more.

The frequencies help to regulate your nervous system, improve sleep, ease anxiety, boost mood...
And it's a space where you can drop into your heart, expand into peace, and set some intentions for the coming year.

Stay for a chat, choose an oracle card and enjoy a cuppa and healthy home-made treat afterwards.

- yoga mat
- blanket
- pillow
- eye mask (recommended)
