MEDITATION + BREATHWORK + SONIC FREQUENCIES

A Journey with Becoming Sound is a 90 minute somatic experience where sound is used to create vibrations that resonate with the cells and organs of the body, inviting deep states of relaxation, balancing energy, reducing stress, and enhancing overall wellness.

Weaving together a powerful combination of breath-work, ritual, mantra, sound instruments, intention setting and meditation, the purpose of the session is to allow the vibrations and frequencies of the sounds to shift energy blockages, reset the nervous system, and promote physical, emotional, & spiritual healing through energy alignments. Some people experience vivid visions or deep meditative states during a sound healing journey, while others leave with a sense of rest, rejuvenation, and clarity.

Explore your aspirations, dreams, discomfort and fears as we set an intention to ENTER WINTER with higher aspects of our own self mastery....

PLEASE NOTE: Pre Existing Health Conditions and Sound Healing:

There are some states of health and diagnosed conditions that interact differently with some of the sound instruments. Please read the following information carefully to ensure that you can be supported throughout your sound healing journey, and please refer back to your preferred medical practitioner if you have specific personal concerns:

Participants will receive this session in seated & lying positions on a yoga mat. Please bring cushions or bolsters if you like extra comfort or require extra support.
Hearing aids can be directly interfered with by the sounds. Individuals with hearing aids may still participate in sound healing, receiving the sound with their hearing aides turned down low and/or off
Pregnancy - women can receive sound during all trimesters of pregnancy from a distance of 2 metres and an adjustment of breath-work practices
Respiratory or Cardiovascular health conditions - breathing practices can be adjusted by participants according to their abilities. Seek medical advice if uncertain
Individuals experiencing active psychotic symptoms or suicidal thoughts may find some aspects of a sound journey challenging. Please contact the host, Kate, to discuss how this journey can best meet your needs.
Individuals with a pacemaker or sound-induced epilepsy require clearance from a medical practitioner to attend
FEVER - Individuals should avoid sound healing until completely well (no fever in the last 48 hours)

Please contact Kate directly before the date of session if you have one of the above-mentioned conditions or another health condition that you would like to discuss for further information to ensure that you are supported effectively throughout the session: becomingsoundaustralia@gmail.com

I look forward to creating a container that holds you as you journey through lands of sonic bliss
