Sound Journey October 2025

Join us for a deeply restorative evening of sound and intention as we harness the change of season, welcoming the way the energy changes as the days start to warm up and the flowers bloom! This sound journey we will be focusing on Love and our Heart centre. Love for ourselves, each other and the world we live in. (We are all needing the love right now!!!)

Let the healing vibrations of a combination of instruments, including the crystal bowls, chimes, gong, drum and other therapeutic sounds guide you into a meditative state where your heart can speak and your spirit can expand.

• Bring your yoga mat, pillow and blanket, an eye pillow and some water: I encourage you be to be as comfortable as possible, please bring what will make you super comfortable and warm while laying down so you can allow yourself to let go and fully enjoy this sound offering.

• Location - 133 Macquarie Rd Springwood, Springwood Court Function room. We have moved back to our Springwood location, with the convenience of being in the centre of Springwood and a 5 min walk to the train station.
