Experience deep relaxation and stillness with One Mind Wellness. These small, intimate gatherings are limited to just 8 participants, allowing for a personalised experience.

You'll be surrounded by the vibrations of high-frequency crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, rain sticks, a Shamanic drum, and other sacred instruments—each session is uniquely tuned to the present moment.

These events offer the space to receive - first yourself, then stillness and presence. It’s more than just the instruments; it’s about letting go and having someone hold space for you and I hold that space for you! ❤️

⏰ Time: 5:00pm– 6:00pm (Doors open at 4:50pm for a prompt 5pm start.)
📍 Location: Align and Activate, Terrigal (**Last event in this studio**)

🧘‍♀️ What to Bring
Yoga mats and eye masks will be provided. Please bring a pillow, blanket, and any additional props to ensure your comfort.

💧 Preparation Tip
I recommend drinking plenty of water throughout the day, as sound travels best through a hydrated body.
