Please arrive 15 minutes to settle into space. For comfort we ask for you to arrive in loose fitted clothing and socks. If you could bring a pillow and blanket for extra comfort. We will provide a yoga mat and cushion. If you would like to bring any items of comfort, please do so ie, crystal, journal or something special 🫶
