Sacred Harmonies & Song

Through the ancient medicine of sound, we awaken the voice as a channel for healing. When vibration moves through the body, especially from our own vocal cords, it can dissolve deep distortions and restore natural flow. In the magic of many voices uniting in harmony, our cells remember wholeness, our hearts open, and energy flows like a river returning home.

Connection, Consent & Authentic Relating

Through gentle, heart-opening practices, we invite energy to flow naturally between us, building trust, weaving connection, and creating a safe ground for healing and true self-expression to blossom.

Musical Performance

Through playful song, theatrical storytelling and audience participation, we reveal how the masculine and feminine energies move through the body, dissolve blocks within the chakra system, and work together in perfect co-creation.

Circle of Healing and Sound

A sacred ceremony of Kundalini Breathwork and Sound healing, offering the gift of both being held and holding others as we journey together through deep transformation. Alexander Alm will bless us with his channeled music known as ‘Vibrational Empathy’ weaved together with Johanna’s healing light song.

Expression Session

Following deep, transformative healing, we open a sacred and playful space to witness and honour the purest expressions of one another. We acknowledge that each soul carries a unique and vital gift that the world needs. From this spirit we invite those who feel the call in their hearts to share a piece of their soul’s essence, letting it to ripple through the circle and into the world.

Forgiveness Ceremony

We close with a potent ritual of forgiveness between the masculine and feminine – a heartfelt commitment to step forward into a new chapter of reconciliation, where understanding, compassion, and unity can take root and start to flourish.

Shared Meal

We end the day gathered around nourishing food – grounding, connecting, and weaving our closing moments together in warmth and gratitude.

Johanna Joy is a trained somatic bodyworker, sound and energy healer, Kundalini breathwork facilitator, and tantric teacher. She creates safe, nurturing spaces, both in one-on-one sessions and group settings, where individuals can experience profound release from trauma and subconscious patterns and unravel their potency and abilities as powerful co-creators.
