"Sound Of Unity" - Afternoon of Connection, Healing & Song

Join us for another "Sound of Unity" community gathering, where we’ll explore the sacred dance of masculine and feminine energies (Yin & Yang) within us all, whether you’re single or in a partnership!

Our intention is to foster meaningful connections by creating a deeply receptive and nurturing environment where healing, song & play go hand in hand, allowing us to carry this energy into our daily lives. Through soulful exercises that involve embodied movement, inner-child playfullness, sacred song harmonies, and emotional integration & release, we’ll unite sisters with sisters, brothers with brothers, and everyone together as one.

We’ll conclude our journey with a nourishing community potluck dinner, sharing in the warmth and unity we’ve cultivated. Come as you are, and let’s connect, heal, sing & play together in this sacred space.

What to bring:

- Comfortable clothing that you are okay with getting physically active in
- Water bottle
- Instruments to jam with (Shakers, djembe, rattles, guitar, flutes ect)
- Yoga Mat
- A plant based or vegetarian meal to share for the Potluck dinner
- $25 cash (If ticket hasn’t been pre-purchased)

3:15 – Vocal Toning and intention setting
3:30 – Embodied movement
3:45 - Playful connection exercises
4:15 - Break
4:25 – Men & Women circle separtely
5:25 – Integration ceremony of appreciation & forgiveness
5:45 – Sacred Songs & Harmonies
6:15 – Sharing/closing statements
6:30 – Communal Potluck dinner
7:00 – Official part of the night concludes/cuddles & hangs
