Sound of Unity - Weekly women's group

This is a sacred weekly gathering for women that is based on 6 pillars:1.

 Deep somatic release work - As we create a foundation of trust, we’ll be holding each other through tears and grief as well as celebrating the Joy, Strength and Clarity that we’ll birth on the other side 🥰. 

2. Tantra and gentle movement - We recognise the importance of our sacral energy (kundalini) to flow freely through our chakras and will apply tantric elements and gentle movement as tools to activate our gifts as powerful creators. 

3. Voice activation - We acknowledge the voice of the feminine has been suppressed through the history and our intention to create deep healing in this area. The release work is designed to clear the blocks and we’ll hold a safe container for each other to practice expressing our deepest truths ❤️.4. 

Cycle Awareness: We will tune into How we can harness the energy from each season of our cycle and support ourselves to be in our fullest alignment.5. Manifesting and Prayer. We’ll fuel our Dreams, Sacred Visions and Clarity through the power of Prayer, Visualisation and Affirmations. 

6. Sacred Song - We’ll unite our voices through the medicine of Music and Sacred Song. Every week we’ll practice medicine songs and sacred harmonies and for those who feel inspired, there will be an opportunity to perform at our End-of-Term “Sound of Unity” Event open to both men and women. You are so welcome to bring your own songs as well, the once you love to sing or have written ☺️🎶.
