Sound Sessions

Join us to celebrate the new moon with an enriching experience as we embark on a journey of self-care and healing through a serene cacao ceremony, a guided meditation to centre the mind, and a rejuvenating sound bath to harmonise the soul. This sound session, held under infrared heating, will nourish your spirit, allowing you to feel refreshed and relaxed.  Each guest will receive a small take home gift. Yoga mats and bolsters are provided. 

Your host recommends you to bring:

A mug for your cacao, jounal and pen, a small pillow, blanket and whatever you need to feel comfortable (this is a sensory inclusive space).
