Come and enjoy the experience of a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating weekend at the heart of the Blue Mountains, Blackheath.

Delicious and organic Morning tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea included each day.

Around themes like energy healing, music and sound therapy, joy, connection, co-creation, love, gratitude, the weekend will be filled with some lovely practises and exercises.

With my Holistic Events I like to create a safe and sacred space where expression of creativity, authentic sharing and co-creation are key elements.

It is wonderful to gather people who share interests around awareness, spirituality and self-growth. We share information, energy, love and gratitude.

In my healing circles/retreats I offer a mixture of techniques such as guided meditations, breathwork, sound therapy, voice activation, dancing, art therapy, which aim at cleansing our energy field and rebalancing our chakras.

Through some of those practices we can achieve deep relaxation, emotional releases, healing, and transformation. This space is an invitation to embrace the different processes we go through in our existence.

Healing circles are ceremonies to honor life, to honor the human being we are and to celebrate love, opportunities of growth and evolution.

Energy cleansing is very present in my practices. We are all made of energy and you have the power to create positive energy and shine a bright light on your life. The idea of an interactive workshop around energy is to invite you to embark in the experience of designing and creating the life you want, learning how the energy is moving inside you and how to keep it balanced...
