Through the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, gongs, drum, chimes, and more, you will be guided into a state of profound relaxation, connection, and renewal.

After we release what no longer serves and open our entry channels, we will connect with our hearts and drink cacao, a gentle heart opening plant medicine. The cacao used is extremely high vibration; ethically sourced, high grade, and free trade. 

The combination of sound journey and cacao will help balance your nervous system, open your heart, and awaken a deep sense of gratitude and peace.

What to bring:

A yoga mat or something comfortable to lay on
