Sound Check returns for the second edition with Nikita Zabelin.

Nikita Zabelin is an electronic musician, DJ, and producer, and a prominent figure in the global techno scene. He is the founder of Resonance Moscow, a radio show and music label that supports emerging talent across the post-Soviet territories.

He has performed at renowned venues including Berghain and Tresor, and on major stages such as Awakenings Festival. Beyond the decks, Zabelin develops innovative audiovisual projects TESLA and GROUND, and contributes as a curator and speaker, continually pushing the boundaries of sound and technology.

His style spans minimal techno, ambient, and experimental electronics, showcased in works like the conceptual album Rhizome and the Trans Siberian Express EP, with releases on трип, X/OZ, and Resonance Moscow.

For the first time in Australia, Zabelin brings his distinct sonic world to Melbourne, performing alongside Rita Bass, Nak, Promzon, Tim TvL, MCPCRKT and Ivan Kyrov.
