    Event description

You're invited to join Julia & Rufus to experience Sounds for your Senses.

A weaving dance of the vibrations & frequencies from the Didgeridoo, medicine drums, wind gong, crystal singing bowls (8) and Native American flute.

Sound Healing is highly effective at activating our relaxation response, which counters the many symptoms caused by chronic stress, while helping to balance our whole being.

Theses sounds influence the brainwave frequencies, enabling people to enter an altered state of consciousness, similar to very deep relaxation or meditation techniques.

Deep relaxation is the most significant benefit of sound healing, followed by its energetic deep tissue massage effect caused by the sound vibrations that open, clear, and balance the chakras, whilst releasing stuck energy.

Ultimately, a sound bath supports our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, leaving us feeling balanced and refreshed.  Everyone's experience is different, and new things may emerge. Most people feel very relaxed and peaceful during sound healing, often falling asleep, whereas some may have visualisations & receive downloads.

We acknowledge the traditional owners of this land, the people of the Kabi & Gubbi Gubbi nation, and all nations across this country, we pay our respects to the elders, past present and future.
