ABOUT THE PANELISTS: 

Paul Katz is a GRAMMY nominated music executive, social entrepreneur, and the founder of award-winning social impact agency, Entertain Impact.
Dan Zucker is a former EVP and head of RCA Business and Legal Affairs. 
Lamar Pickett is a Business manager for Made In Memphis Publishing and Heavy Hitters Music.

With support from The ELMA Music Foundation, the Music and Youth Development Alliance (MYDA) was launched in 2013 as a nation-wide coalition of community-based organizations across the United States that use music as a youth development tool.
