Access & Parking:

• The best entry is from Schnapper Road, between Sulos Shish Kebaband Rise Bakery.

• Walk through the market entrance and you’ll find us in the atrium on the right.

• There is also parking at the back of the Galleria. From there, walk through, turn left at the small stage and head towards the atrium — we’ll be on the left.

sound healing creates a space for you to relax in peaceful surroundings whilst listening to a variety of instruments and voice which the frequency and vibrations of sounds will assist bringing your mind and body back to balance all you have to do is lie down and relax and let the sounds do the work perfect for people new to meditation or find it hard to meditate in their own practice .

Stephanie has been working with sounds for the past 7 years after completing her level 1 foundation of sounds and a diploma in sound healing at the academy of sound , Stephanie is passionate about her work after studying the effects of sound on the body , on a physical , and phychological level and how our body responds to the sounds in different ways , the effects of healing on our body , Stephanie also experienced sound her self for many years before and was amazed by the results and changes it had made to her body and mind and , made her curious to learn more and share the profound healing and relaxation that sound provides .

Sound healing can assist with anxiety , insomnia , hormone imbalance , depression , ptsd , muscular aches and pains , lower blood pressure and cholesterol , lower stress levels .

Stephanie performs with crystal bowls , Tibetan bowls , monochord , Gong , native American drum and sound instruments  to  revive your senses , and restore equilibrium
