Event description

Join me for an intimate cooking class and supper at my home for a taste of my cookbook Sour Cherries & Sunflowers! 

What: Together we will make...a feast of hot varenyky (dumplings) filled with savoury vegetarian fillings coated in a buttery sauce. I will show you how to make the dough from scratch and we will all make the varenyky together. After we will sit down at a table to eat together where we will eat a variety of seasonal appetisers, the varenyky and finish off with cake, tea and a fruit preserve. All the dishes that we will sit down to eat will be from my cookbook Sour Cherries & Sunflowers. 

Where: At my home in Sydney - (I will send you my address once you book)

When: 10th of May 3pm-8pm 

Price: $180pp

Includes organic wines and non alcoholic drinks
