Meet Denise

Denise brings extensive experience in sourdough and breadmaking, with a practical, approachable teaching style that makes even unfamiliar techniques feel achievable. Her workshops are hands-on, relaxed and designed to give you the confidence to go home and actually bake what you’ve learnt.

Perth City Farm is a community urban farm that supports connected, sustainable communities. Established on a former industrial site in East Perth, this polluted site has been lovingly rehabilitated by volunteers to become a Western Australian icon for environmental sustainability and community engagement. We provide space and opportunities to build community connections, and educate and enable people to live sustainably.

We are just down the steps from Claisebrook train station, and free parking is available on Saturdays at the TAFE carpark next door.
