Making your own bread can be a serious cost saving and a delicious, healthy way to feed your family. Sourdough or slow fermentation has extra health benefits and can be kinder on tummies.
We'll share the techniques, recipes and all the tips for how to get consistently great bread. We'll also have some sourdough mother to take away for those who need it.
We make our bread with local grains including some we grow ourselves which makes us resilient against supply chain shocks, and ensures our flour is as healthy and alive as it can be.
