Agave Spirit Development Workshop

Join us at the Waite Campus in Adelaide for a free workshop dedicated to the development and scaling of Australia’s agave spirit industry. Whether you're a distiller, grower, researcher, or simply curious about the future of agave in Australia, this is a unique opportunity to connect and collaborate.

Thanks to the University of Adelaide, the Australian Agave Association, and the Waite Research Winery, participation is free of charge.

Workshop highlights include:

• A collaborative discussion on the key building blocks required to establish a viable and scalable agave spirit industry and value chain in Australia
• A guided walk through the agave varieties planted at the Waite Campus
• A tour of the Waite Research Winery, including an overview of pilot agave spirit production runs
