Agave Spirit Development Workshop

Workshop at the Waite Campus in Adelaide for everyone interested in being a part of the development and scaling of the agave spirit industry in Australia, whether you're a distiller, grower, or researcher

The workshop is free for all participants (thanks to the University of Adelaide, the Australian Agave Association and the Waite Research Winery) , and we'll be covering:

- Discussion on the collective building blocks that need to be put in place to create a viable and scalable agave spirit industry and value chain in Australia

- Crop walk around the agave varieties planted at the Waite Campus 

- Tour of the Waite Winery, and the pilot agave spirit production runs

- Agave spirit tastings

- Agree next steps and opportunities for collaboration
