South Coast Futures Information Session
Description
The FRRR South Coast Futures (SCF) team warmly invites community members and local not-for-profit (NFP) organisations to attend an upcoming information session about this exciting new three-year initiative supporting the South Coast of NSW, from Nowra to Moruya.
SCF builds on the strengths of FRRR’s Investing in Rural Community Futures (IRCF) program, continuing the vital work of strengthening local NFPs so they can lead change, foster resilience and support community wellbeing. This pilot program aims to elevate the sector by exploring regional challenges and fostering collaborative efforts to further strengthen communities. Thanks to the generous support of The Snow Foundation, SCF will run from 2025–2028, including $1.15 million in capacity-building grants for local NFP and community organisations.
The program will offer wrap-around support, networking, elevate storytelling, capacity-building opportunities, and three streams of granting:
Quick Response Grants up to $5,000
Collaborative and Capacity Building Grants to meet community need
Partnership Grants for Backbone / Connector Organisations, to partner with us in this important work.
