Round 1 of the South East QLD Strength Series will be held at Panthers Powerlifting on 25th May 2025.

This is your first chance to accrue points for the 2025 SEQSS, and by accruing points and competing at the 2026 Brisbane's Strongest Man and Woman you can be crowned the series champion.

You must accrue points within a single class, and compete at Brisbane's Strongest within the same class to be eligible.

Female weight classes:
NOVICE, u62.5, u72.5, u82.5, OPEN, MASTERS
Male weight classes:
NOVICE, u80, u90, u105, OPEN, MASTERS
