Below is a bit of housekeeping so you know what to do, particularly if your children haven't been to one of our clinics before.

ARRIVAL AT CORNELIAN BAY SPORTS GROUND, NEW TOWN

Please do not drop your children off earlier than 9:00am.

On arrival at Cornelian Bay, please go to the registration desk to check your children in. DO NOT DROP THEM OFF WITHOUT CHECKING THEM IN PLEASE.

You will need to report to registration each day attended, so we know exactly who has arrived for that day.

WHAT TO BRING

Remember to bring plenty of drinks, morning tea and lunch. We will be utilising the shelter at the venue throughout the day as required. Please ensure that your children wear comfortable clothes, brings their shin guards and football boots (mouth guards are optional).

WEATHER

Make sure your children are prepared for any weather (pack spare clothes if raining, warm coat if cold etc). Clinics will go ahead if the weather is inclement and will only be cancelled for extreme/severe weather. If a clinic day is cancelled due to extreme weather (eg an electrical storm) then you will receive a full refund for that day. We will be utilising our shelter as necessary.

COLLECTION OF CHILDREN

The clinics finish at 2pm and your children must be collected by 2:15pm. If, due to circumstances beyond your control, you will be late please call Ned on 0400 661 387 so he knows why you are late and can reassure your children that you have not forgotten them.
