Event description

The South West Leaders Conference returns in 2025 with a dynamic program designed to spark ideas and challenge your approach to leadership.

We've lined up a fantastic mix of speakers, each bringing their own perspective on leadership, from lessons learned through adversity to strategies that drive progress and resilience.

We will also hear from our Local Leaders Panel, spotlighting voices from within our own region as they share the opportunities and challenges shaping their leadership journeys.

The conference is an amazing professional development opportunity within the South West, and all leaders, emerging or established, will be inspired.
