Exploring South Bay Village: The Process & the Project with Rechler Equity

Join us for an informative event, co-hosted by Rechler Equity Partners, to learn about the re-envisioning of the Island Hills property.  After extensive community feedback and the formation of the Island Hills Advisory Committee (https://islandhillscommittee.com/), the Rechler team developed a new vision for the property: South Bay Village.  One of the core values of The MacArthur Business Alliance is Education & Awareness; we strive to educate and create awareness wherever possible about any & all things affecting the areas and communities in & around Long Island MacArthur Airport and The MacArthur Hub.  This event offers the opportunity to hear directly from the Rechler team about their process, plans, and next steps for the project in Sayville. We are thrilled to be able to provide a platform for this discussion to help inform our community, and we not only invite, but encourage attendees to come, listen, and ask questions to better understand the project.
