Southern Cross Building 2: Site Visit - Last event for 2024

MEMBERS ONLY EVENT: This is our last Wellington NAWIC event of 2024! We have been offered an exciting opportunity to see Southern Cross Building 2. This is the first stage of a substantial development at Southern Cross Wellington Hospital. The major expansion, aimed at adding much-needed surgical capacity to the area, will enable Southern Cross Healthcare to expand the core hospital services already delivered at the Newton site, to a broader range of healthcare services. This site is in the Construction Phase and 1st fix.

DATE & TIME: 4/12/24 (Wednesday) & 1-2pm.

VENUE: Southern Cross Building 2 site: Meet at Southern Cross Main Entrance which is near the Naylor Love site office @ 90 Hanson Street.

COST: FREE to NAWIC members, this event is limited to 20 people so please book your space consciously. Anyone is welcome to join NAWIC here.

BRING: PPE is required, please bring Chin-strap Hard hat, High vis, Safety shoes, Safety glasses.

PARKING: Limited. There may be some carparking available at the Bowlarama carpark at the bottom of Hall Street.

ACCESS: This site visit will have stairs and mixed terrain.
