Here are your transport options if you want to know how to get to Ascot Racecourse: Train: The nearest train station is Belmont Station which is still about 5kms to Ascot Racecourse. Visit Transperth to plot your journey to Ascot Racecourse via train. Bus: The Circle Route Buses (98 & 99) stop at Ascot Racecourse. Visit Transperth for the latest bus timetables. Car: Ascot Racecourse is located on Grandstand Road in Ascot, about 8kms north east of the Perth CBD. It’s only a 20 minute drive along the Great Easter Highway. FREE pParking is available.
Entry instructions
SHO will use the main carpark for Ascot Racecourse on Grandstand Road. Through the carpark to the main building you will see ticket attendants. Tournament attendees will need to purchase their tickets prior to the event and expo/convention attendees are encouraged to pre-purchase tickets, however tickets will be available to purchase at the door.
After entry instructions
At the ticket booth you will see the double doors for the main entrance for Ascot Racecourse. SHO will take place over both lower and upper floors. Make sure you head up to both levels to check out everything that is going on.
Hazards
Ascot has travelevators to access both the first and upper level. Please let SHO Crew know if you require the use of the lift to access the event.
Toilet location
There are toilets on both floors.

Disabled parking is available at the event.
