As a Subject Ticket holder, you are actively encouraged to be in costume you will be granted access to the markets from 5 pm, the venue opens at 6 pm, ritual is at 6:30 pm smorgasbord finger food at 7 pm access to food trucks for additional food if required from 5 pm to 9:30 pm. Voting on crowd favourite costumes is completed before the first bell, access to a free photo booth from 8 pm along with announcing of the King and Queen of the ball and crowd favourite, live entertainment by Spiral Dance from 8:15 pm, live entertainment concludes at 11:30 pm. As a mortal subject working hard for the harvest, the venue will consider extending hours for those who wish to party longer. Please ask for your own URL link. Whoever generates the most ticket sales will be in contention to win one of either of the following prizes, either a personalised message from our medium or a potion bottle filled with a beverage of your choice and a ritual oil

As a VIP ticket holder, you will get first choice, as you should, access to the photo booth. You will receive your own VIP potion bottle keepsake, with your drink of choice, either one complimentary cocktail or mocktail from your own private bar. A selection of extra hot and cold nibbles as fit for a King and Queen, above the standard ticket, You have your own entertainment on your own first-floor private balcony, with well-known medium Amanda De Warren. Similar to Beltane you will be given your own ritual oil made especially and exclusively for this event and is only available for the VIP ticketholders as an exclusive item as part of your goodie bag. You are encouraged to dress to impress as best dressed prizes will be awarded, make sure your subjects don't beat you to the prize and dethrone you.
