Southside Collective After Dark is bringing Friday-night market vibes to the heart of the Redlands!

Think twilight shopping, great tunes, local businesses, preloved treasures, handmade goodies, food vans and plenty of atmosphere plus the mighty SLAYER BURGER CHALLENGE! 🍔🔥

We’re looking for a fantastic mix of stallholders to join us.

FOOD VENDOR SPOTS FOR THIS EVENT ARE FULLY BOOKED!

⛔ PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A GENERAL VENDOR STALL IF YOU ARE A FOOD VENDOR.

This includes food trucks, food vans, hot food, takeaway food, beverages and other food-based trading businesses.

If a food vendor purchases a general vendor stall despite this notice, the booking will be cancelled and monies paid will be refunded LESS a $50 administration fee.

Purchasing a general vendor ticket does NOT secure or guarantee a food vendor position.

Our October food vendor allocation is FULL and no additional food vendors will be accepted.

💜 VENDOR STALL PRICING

3m x 3m Stall – $50

Our vendor spaces are sold in individual 3m x 3m lots only.

Need more room? Simply purchase the number of 3m x 3m spaces required:

3m x 3m – 1 spot – $50
6m x 3m – 2 spots – $100

⚠️ IMPORTANT: If your setup, marquee, racks, tables, displays or equipment exceed a 3m x 3m footprint, you must purchase additional space.

For example, a 6m x 3m setup requires TWO 3m x 3m vendor spots.

All equipment and stock must remain within the space you have booked.

🎪 Undercover spaces are available but limited and are subject to allocation and availability.

🚗 VENDOR BUMP-IN

Vendor bump-in: 4:00PM onwards

Please do not arrive before the designated bump-in time unless specifically authorised by the Event Organiser.

On arrival, follow event signage and directions from Southside Collective staff. You will be directed to your allocated stall position.

⚠️ ALL VENDOR VEHICLES MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE MARKET TRADING AREA BEFORE THE EVENT OPENS AT 6:00PM, unless your booking specifically permits a vehicle to remain as part of your stall.

Please arrive with enough time to unload, set up and have your stall completely ready to trade by 6:00PM.

🚙 BUMP-OUT

The market finishes at 9:00PM.

For public safety, NO VEHICLE MOVEMENT is permitted within the market trading area until authorised by Event Management.

Please do not begin moving vehicles into the market simply because the clock has reached 9:00PM.

Event staff will advise when it is safe for vehicles to enter.

All vendors must pack down safely and leave their allocated site clean, tidy and free from rubbish.

🎪 MARQUEES & STALL SAFETY

Vendors are responsible for supplying their own equipment unless otherwise advised, including:

• Marquee/gazebo
• Tables and chairs
• Clothing racks and displays
• Stall lighting
• Extension leads where approved power has been booked
• Appropriate marquee weights
• Equipment required to safely operate your stall

⚠️ ALL MARQUEES MUST BE APPROPRIATELY WEIGHTED ON EVERY LEG.

Stalls and displays must remain within the allocated footprint and must not obstruct pedestrian areas, emergency access routes or neighbouring stalls.

⚡ POWER REQUIREMENTS - there is NO power available to vendors and the undercover area is fully lighted.

Unauthorised connection to venue power is strictly prohibited.

🛡️ PUBLIC LIABILITY & VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Commercial/business vendors may be required to hold appropriate and current Public Liability Insurance.

Where requested, evidence must be supplied prior to trading.

Each vendor is responsible for ensuring any insurance, licences, registrations, permits or approvals applicable to their business, products or activities are current and valid.

🌧️ WEATHER

This is a twilight market and limited undercover positions are available.

The event will proceed where it is safe and reasonable to do so.

Vendors should prepare for changing weather conditions and ensure marquees, stock, displays and electrical equipment are appropriately secured and protected.

Event Management reserves the right to modify, postpone, suspend or cancel activities where weather or site conditions create an unacceptable safety risk.

❓ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can anyone apply?

We welcome a broad range of general vendors including preloved, handmade, fashion, vintage, homewares, gifts, plants, collectables, accessories, art, crafts and small businesses.

Applications may be reviewed to ensure a good variety of stalls.

Can food vendors apply?

🚨 NO – FOOD VENDOR SPOTS ARE FULL.

Please DO NOT purchase a general vendor stall.

If a food vendor purchases a general stall, the booking will be cancelled and monies paid will be refunded less a $50 administration fee.

Is undercover space available?

Yes. Limited undercover spaces are available and are subject to availability and allocation.

Can I choose my stall position?

Stall locations are allocated by Event Management based on stall type, size, accessibility, operational requirements and the overall event layout.

Do I need my own marquee?

If you are allocated an outdoor position, you should be prepared to provide your own suitable marquee or gazebo unless your stall is designed to operate without one.

Do I need marquee weights?

YES.

Every marquee must be safely secured and appropriately weighted on every leg.

Can I leave early?

No.

Vendors are expected to remain set up and trading until the official 9:00PM closing time, except where Event Management has provided specific approval.

What if I arrive late?

Late arrival may affect your ability to access your stall.

Once the market area has transitioned to pedestrian operations, vehicle access may be restricted or refused.

Please arrive during the designated bump-in period.

Can I drive back into the market at 9PM?

Not until authorised.

Vehicles may only enter the trading area once Event Management determines it is safe to do so.

Do I need to remove my rubbish?

YES.

Vendors are responsible for removing all rubbish generated by their stall and leaving their allocated area clean and tidy.

Can my displays extend outside my stall?

No. Stock, racks, signage, tables and other equipment must remain within your allocated footprint unless prior approval has been provided.

What if I have special requirements?

Tell us when you apply.

This includes power, accessibility requirements, unusual stall dimensions, trailers or other operational requirements.

We will do our best to accommodate requests; however, requests cannot be guaranteed.

💜 IMPORTANT – BEFORE YOU BOOK

By submitting an application and/or purchasing a stall, vendors acknowledge that they have read and agree to comply with the Southside Collective Market event conditions, safety requirements and all lawful and reasonable directions provided by Event Management, venue representatives, security or emergency services.

Bookings are for the approved vendor/business only and must not be transferred, sold or given to another vendor without prior approval.

Please accurately describe the products you intend to sell when booking. Products significantly different from those declared may not be permitted to trade.
