Step into a morning designed to awaken your inner fire—building strength, energy, and resilience through movement, breath, and the elements.

Through yoga, pranayama, breathwork, ice baths, and ocean swims, you’ll explore how to generate heat, stay present in challenge, and find ease in discomfort. This is about moving, breathing, and reconnecting, both with yourself and the people around you.

The journey:
Yoga Flow & Pranayama – A dynamic vinyasa practice to build heat and strength linking breath and movement to balance energy 
BreathworkIce Baths & Ocean Swims – Learning to find calm in the cold.
Nourishing Food & Drinks – A fresh, wholesome breakfast to refuel and connect.
