About the Lunch & Learn:

This session will introduce you to a unique approach to simplifying business finance.

I promise you there will be no mention of accounting standards or BAS returns or tax. But what you will walk away with is a much better understanding of:

Some of the jargon- what terms like equity, assets and liabilities actually mean in plain english
Why the balance sheet balances
The relationship between the balance sheet and profit and loss account; and
How value is generated in the business

Debbie is a people person who helps make sense of numbers, Her clients refer to her as the friendly face of finance. Having spent much of her career in and around founder led, entrepreneurial businesses she knows how to talk the language of non-accountants. A Chartered Accountant, experienced CFO of a large WA family business for 15 years, preceded by 10 years with KPMG. Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Telstra Business Women’s Award Finalist, and accredited Coach.
