Come experience where performance and healing intersect, and witness the power of brave storytelling. 

SPARK Sessions is a one-night-only live experience - during the Summer Solstice when the light reaches its peak - blending powerful storytelling, intimate conversation, live music and dynamic performance in a format that’s emotionally moving and creatively electric.

Go beyond the performances to explore the story behind the story through the lens of SPARK Sessions—Tambra’s new podcast, launching that night with its debut episode recorded live during the show… featuring special guest, branding legend and bestselling author Sara Arnell (There Will Be Lobster: Memoir of a Midlife Crisis). Arnell—former advertising CEO, currently Adjunct Professor at Parsons School of Design, and founder of wellness venture Salt Stone—will share what she calls her “Lobster Moment,” a powerful metaphor for personal reckoning, reinvention, and reclaiming your light.

“It took a lobster crawling out from under my kitchen chair one morning to make me realize I needed to crawl out into the open too and save myself. We all have Lobster Moments—I hope you recognize yours and use it as a pivotal turning point,” says Arnell.

Also appearing: Vasiliki Lagoudis, medicine woman and spiritual healer, bringing a powerful energetic presence to the evening, and live musical guests Robin Reitzes, Julie Rosenberg, and Jennifer David. Featured storytellers: Luz Michelle and Jean Gutierrez, and artist Monique Ford.
