SPARK! TRANSFORMATIVE LEADERSHIP DESIGN
Description
Design is now thrust into the big issues — climate crisis, AI, organisational change, policy design, equitable futures and many others. This session asks the question: how can we re-design leadership to drive positive transformation?
Our speakers will give their own perspectives and experiences of transformative leadership. Then they will throw out a provocation to you (the group formerly known as the audience). The provocation is designed to set the agenda for our conversations into 2027. You will join a breakout of six people (onsite or online) in a Leading Circle to take up the provocation and take it forward in dialogue.
