In our upcoming workshop we’ll delve into a deeper understanding of how to create intimacy with a new person or go back to intimacy in your existing relationship during moments of disconnect.

I've been through moments of confusion when it came to understanding intimacy and sex. In the past, I used to mistake one for the other. It left me feeling frustrated and alone because I couldn't find the intimacy I was truly seeking during those sexual encounters.

For example, I've found that I can share intimacy with different people, like my friends and children, but when there's a potential for attraction, it can spark desire. It's intimacy that fuels these moments along with others. Many say that the best sex happens when there's genuine intimacy and connection involved.

For some, intimacy and sex are intertwined, creating deep desire and fulfilling connections. Others prefer to keep them separate, such as through one-night stands or casual encounters. The beauty lies in our uniqueness; we all have distinct needs when it comes to intimacy. It's about finding what resonates with you.
