Sparkling Wine Class at UnCorked Village Classroom

Join us at the UnCorked Village Classroom for an educational evening of sparkling wine-tasting led by Jackie Elo, wine educator extraordinaire.

This class promises to take your appreciation of sparkling wines to new heights!

Jackie Elo will present a curated lineup of seven exquisite sparkling wines from diverse regions across the globe.
The class will include an array of styles such as Champagne, Prosecco, Cava, Pet-Nat, and other unique bubbles that reflect their regions' distinct winemaking traditions.

During this class, you’ll gain insights into how production methods influence taste, texture, and aroma, while discovering the subtleties that make each sparkling wine style so distinctive.

Charcuterie-style snacks will be provided by the Boise Co-op Deli.

Featured bottles will be offered at a 15% discount.
