Event description

Fossil Bay School & Kindergarten warmly invites you to an evening of live music, kai and family fun on Friday 21st November from 5pm - 10pm.

Sit around the fire, enjoy delicious homemade kai, drinks, and connect with the Waiheke community. We also have a wonderful line up of local artists who will be performing on the night, including:

Buster Caitcheon
A Waiheke-raised folk and soul musician spreading messages of hope and unity through heartfelt songs. His rhythmic ‘one man band’ style and evocative voice create an uplifting, deeply human live experience — not to be missed.

Eli Cantwell
A lo-fi indie folk musician whose gentle soundscapes blend introspective songwriting with raw, heartfelt authenticity.

The Local Bored
A crowd favourite returning this year, blending indie, blues, and pop with a hint of psychedelia. Their sound is catchy, colourful, and full of easygoing energy.

The Pineapple Project
An upbeat blend of disco and pop, The Pineapple Project brings infectious energy and feel-good grooves to the stage. With Sally and Anna on keys and vocals, Sean on keys and bass, and Steve on drums, their sound is bright, fun, and impossible not to dance to.

Neutrikk
Electronic beats layered with rich harmonies and thought-provoking lyrics. Immersive and emotionally charged, Neutrikk’s sound invites listeners to feel, reflect, and move all at once.

With thanks to Island Sound
We’re thrilled to welcome Island Sound as this year’s event sponsor. Providing top-quality sound and lighting, their support helps bring every performance to life. Please include their name and logo in all event marketing materials.

This event is open to everyone, and we encourage you to come along whether you're a member of our school community, a local on the island or a visitor to Waiheke.

This will be a really special community event, and we can't wait to see you there!
