Spatial Body: a contact improvisation workshop

Dear community. 

I invite you to an afternoon of Contact Improvisation and somatic exploration in the beautiful space of ‘Dancehouse’. 

I am curious how we can come to a place of freedom within the body - moving with ease, authenticity and honesty. I believe the dance can be a very direct teacher of how we relate to ourselves, other, and our experience of life in each unfolding moment. 

Throughout this session I will offer some practices and principles of Contact Improvisation through which we can meet our bodies more deeply and creatively explore our relationship with ground space and other. 

This session is open to every- body and all levels of movement experience. Lets meet with our curiosity!
