In the early 1900s the Premier Roller Flour Mill was in full swing, the lifeblood of Katanning. The grain that came in and the flour that went out was indeed the lifeblood of the town, but what fed and sustained that lifeblood were in fact other visitors. The cultural and entrainment needs were largely fed by touring shows, performers and events that could come in, set up, and then move on to other towns.
In that fine tradition, the Premier Mill Hotel is excited to welcome the latest offering by Candy Shop Show Australia. SPEAKEASY is a journey through the jazz age... when liquor was banned, jazz music was rife and dancing was all that mattered. Join us for a night of entertainment and a two-course meal.
