About the Speaker: Elissa Campbell
Join us for a not-to-miss presentation by Dr. Elissa Campbell, a distinguished geriatrician and palliative care physician from Perth (Boorloo), WA. Dr. Campbell specialises in geriatric medicine and provides compassionate care to individuals with dementia in the emergency department and acute wards of a tertiary hospital.
She recently undertook the inaugural WA Department of Health Churchill Fellowship, traveling to eight countries across three continents to explore models of palliative care for people with dementia. Dr. Campbell currently serves as the President of Palliative Care WA and Chairs the ANZ Society of Palliative Medicine’s Special Interest Group in Palliative Care for Older People.
