Speaker Session: Tools for reinvention - Gerry Glover

The fast-moving, up-and-down economy we live in to­day makes the task of staying afloat increasingly difficult.  Whether we look at business, society, environment, or beyond - everything around us is asking for strong reinvention skills - for that remarkable ability not only to survive, but thrive in change.  This session will be an introduction to the Reinvention Tools that can help you turn disruption and uncertainty into the greatest opportunity for you, your team, or your organisation.

Our speaker for this session will be Gerry Glover - an expert in reinvention and a member of the Reinvention Academy. Gerry began her career as a dairy farmer, turning Drumlea Farm into an award-winning farm, alongside her husband, and later selling the business. Since then, Gerry has not only reinvented herself, but also helped a number of startups to reinvent and thrive, through CEO and GM roles. Gerry has a range of tools which she'll share in the session.
