Special Event: Chefs Eat Canberra with Chris Hansen

Join us for a special event celebrating Chefs Eat Canberra; both a cookbook and a food guide to the best dishes that the best chefs like to eat in Canberra. We asked the chefs, what do they love to eat on their nights off and their nights out?

This book pays homage to the top dishes in town, as nominated by Canberra’s top chefs and restaurateurs. The recipes are included so that you can recreate the best of the best, at home.

Written by retired restaurateur and current Canberra Times restaurant reviewer, Chris Hansen, the book features the history of Canberra restaurants, as well as the beautiful photography of Ashley St George and hundreds of tips, recommendations and unique insights from the industry itself. Chris will be joined by Louis Couttoupes of Onzieme.
