At the Annual General Meeting of Restore Rodney East Inc. on 18th September 2024, the committee proposed a resolution to proceed with filing the draft constitution (Final Draft 1), which had been circulated to Members before the meeting. However, several members suggested improvements to the draft constitution.

A revised version was then circulated to Members for feedback and comment on 30th October. To give final approval to the draft constitution (Final Draft 2) and proceed with filing, a Special General Meeting is required.

The Special General Meeting will be held at the following time and location:

UPSTAIRS at The Warkworth Town Hall at 6pm

on Thursday 5th December 2024

(Note this is not the same location as the AGM).

At the Special General Meeting, the committee will propose a motion to approve and file the draft constitution (Final Draft 2).

Please note that only registered Members of Restore Rodney East Inc. are entitled to vote on the motion, but everyone is welcome to attend and take part in any discussion.

It is important that Members and/or their representatives attend the meeting in person in order that we have a quorum and can vote on the committee’s motion.
