Special Olympics WA – Athletics Training Program – Term 4, 2025

Who:
Special Olympics is a global movement that provides sports programs for people with intellectual disabilities. Our programs focus on inclusion, building confidence, and creating opportunities for athletes to develop skills, make friends, and have fun in a supportive environment.

What:
Join us to practice different athletics skills, meet new friends, and stay active in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

This program is for people with intellectual disabilities and/or autism who enjoy swimming and want to have fun while improving their skills.

Why:
To improve athletics skills, stay active, and enjoy being part of a fun and supportive community.

When:

Sessions are every Wednesday for 10 weeks
Dates: 15 October 2025 to 17 December 2025
Time: 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Where:
Ern Clark Athletic Track

lot 6107, LOT 4465 Wharf St, Cannington WA 6107, Australia

How Much:
$80 for 10 weeks ($8 per session). + booking fee.

What to Bring:

Wear comfortable athletic clothing and running shoes.
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
Any personal equipment you may require, such as throwing aids.
