Special Olympics WA – Bocce Program – Dianella - Term 1, 2025
Who:
Special Olympics is a global movement that provides sports programs for people with intellectual disabilities. Our programs focus on inclusion, building confidence, and creating opportunities for athletes to develop skills, make friends, and have fun in a supportive environment.
This program is for people with intellectual disabilities who want to learn and play bocce while having fun and making new friends.
What:
A 10-week bocce program! Join us to learn the rules, improve your skills, and enjoy this exciting sport in a supportive and inclusive environment.
When:
- Every Saturday for 10 weeks
- Starts on Saturday, 8 February, and ends on Saturday, 12 April
- Time: 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM
Where:
Laguna Veneto Social & Bocce Club
49 Homer St, Dianella, WA 6059
Why:
To enjoy playing bocce, develop new skills, stay active, and be part of a fun and inclusive community.
How Much:
$50 + Booking fee ($5 per session).
What to Bring:
- Wear comfortable clothing and flat, closed-toe shoes suitable for playing bocce.
- Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
- All bocce equipment will be provided.
