Unconscious bias is a challenge we face across all cultures and in any language. 

In his talk and Q&A with Paul Smith & Anna Byrne (co-hosts of Decision84) Ewandro (speaking in his native Portuguese) will be addressing how unconscious bias exists across the barriers of language and culture and how interpreters address this unspoken issue and the interconnected ethical implications that link to the boardrooms of enterprises and organizations around the globe.
